8 Things to Look for in a Classroom

Are you on Christmas Vacation and wondering how you can make your classroom more effective when you return this next Semester?  Are you a student in college expecting to do your Student Teaching this coming Semester?  Are you a Lead Teacher or Principal just doing a quick walk thru?

According to the blog, teachthought.com, classrooms need to be “Learner Focused.”  What does that mean and how is it possible?

Consider: is your classroom allowing for “connected learning” and “reflection” opportunities?  Do you allow for “self-assessment” and opportunities to learn from each other?

Yes, I believe there are times that each of these 8 things could be available in all age and ability levels.
