Less Sleep Lowers IQ?

Yes, that is what this Time.com article shared in Twitter today. For instance, missing an hour of sleep turns a 6th grader brain into a 4th grader’s performance level. We parents and teachers, should recognize this in the behavior of some of our children and students. According to the source, Nature Shock, this less amount of sleep affects the behavior, cognitive recognition, less impulse control, and many other areas of development. Teens who sleep even as little as 15 minutes more earn more A’s than those who get less sleep.
